1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Name, email address, password (hashed), and profile information.
- For creators: storefront details, uploaded content, and connected Stripe account details.
1.2 Payment & Billing Information
- Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- We receive limited transaction data (amount, status, connected account) to enable reporting and payouts.
1.3 Usage Information
- Actions taken on the Platform (uploads, purchases, streams).
- Log data such as IP address, device type, browser, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies for authentication and analytics.
1.4 Communications
- Messages you send us (support requests, feedback).
- Emails and notifications you opt in to receive.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process data to:
- Provide and operate the Platform (hosting, playback, payments).
- Enable creators to manage storefronts and audiences.
- Deliver receipts, confirmations, and account notifications.
- Monitor compliance with our Content & Moderation Policy .
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and financial obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:
- Stripe: for payment processing and payouts.
- Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and email services, bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
- Legal authorities: when required to comply with law, regulation, or valid requests.
- Other users: practitioners receive member email addresses for fulfillment and relationship management (buyers can unsubscribe from marketing).
